Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Produal mobile application ("App") operated by Sergey Bespalov ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Produal is a dual-camera video recording application for iOS. It allows you to simultaneously record video in landscape (16:9) and portrait (9:16) aspect ratios. All processing is performed entirely on your device — no data is sent to any server.

3. User License & Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain full ownership of all videos you record using the App.
• App License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
• No Data Collection: Since the App operates entirely on-device, we have no access to your content at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to record content that violates applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App.

5. Device Requirements

Dual-camera (multi-cam) recording requires compatible hardware. Not all iOS devices support simultaneous front and back camera recording. The App will gracefully fall back to single-camera mode on unsupported devices.

4K recording may be limited depending on device capabilities and recording mode.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including Spanish Consumer Law), Sergey Bespalov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including loss of data.

No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Recording: Video recording depends on available device storage, battery, and hardware capabilities. The App includes safeguards (auto-save on low storage, crash recovery), but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted recording in all circumstances.

Storage Notice: You are responsible for ensuring sufficient storage space on your device before recording. The App displays estimated remaining recording time but this is an approximation.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

• Consumer Disputes: If you are a consumer in the EU, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
• Jurisdiction: For business users, any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Gijón, Asturias. For consumers, the jurisdiction will be determined by applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
